Experteer Overview
As Product Design Manager at Glovo, you lead a small team of product designers within the UX domain to shape the customer app strategy. You collaborate across UX Research, Content Design, Data, Product, and Engineering to deliver cohesive, user-centered solutions. You drive end-to-end design initiatives, mentor designers, and raise the bar for UX excellence across projects. This hands-on leadership role focuses on impactful design work in a fast-paced consumer app, with a clear emphasis on scale and design system adoption.

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years of experience in end-to-end product design
• people-focused with experience mentoring designers
• ability to balance business goals and product metrics
• experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods; collaborate with UXR
• excellent written and spoken English; strong communication and stakeholder management
• mastery of craft with critical thinking and proactive involvement across design stages
• enthusiastic about continuous learning and collaboration
• experience building and scaling design systems across teams
