Compensaciones / Beneficios • Architect and steer ERP solution design within SAP Cloud ALM and potential cloud-native platforms • Lead the end-to-end lifecycle framework for Requirements to Deploy, including modeling, change, transport, release, test,



and documentation • Evaluate functional gaps in SAP Cloud ALM and determine build-vs-buy decisions • Define integration patterns linking SAP ALM components with the broader DevOps toolchain • Govern legacy SolMan/ChaRM decommissioning and maintain a clean core strategy • Provide technical leadership during migrations from legacy ALM tools to SAP Cloud ALM • Collaborate with global stakeholders to align architecture with enterprise standards and regulatory requirements Responsabilidades • 8+ years IT experience with expert knowledge of legacy ALM (SolMan, Focused Build, ChaRM, Worksoft, Adonis) and SAP Cloud ALM migrations • Developer foundation with ABAP, OO-ABAP, Web Dynpro, or equivalent software engineering experience • Deep SDLC u0026 DevOps understanding, API-first design, and automated release orchestration • Experience using AI-augmented engineering tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, SAP Joule) is advantageous • Proven track record managing 2–3 full ERP implementation or upgrade lifecycles • Strong ITIL-based service management, CSV, and ICFR knowledge for regulatory compliance • Integral stakeholder management experience and excellent English communication Requisitos principales •
