Join the Commercial Excellence Platforms team to maintain and optimize the integral CPQ solution, pricing engine, and data flows. You will translate business requirements into reliable configurations and ensure smooth day-to-day operation across environments. As you gain experience, you’ll own defined platform components and contribute to releases and incident handling. This role combines technical configuration with cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable improvements in quote accuracy and process efficiency. You’ll work in a supportive, inclusive environment at a global leader in refractories, shaping how commercial systems enable growth.

• Implement and maintain CPQ configuration: product/solution models, validation rules, pricing inputs, approval workflows, quote templates, and user roles
• Maintain and validate reference data and configuration dependencies for consistent platform behavior
• Collaborate with business CPQ colleagues to translate requirements into configuration designs and acceptance criteria
• Participate in peer review, testing, and releases across development, test, and production environments,



taking ownership of configuration releases over time
• Monitor daily platform operation, investigate incidents, document findings, and coordinate escalations or corrective actions

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, supply chain management or a related field
• Several years of practical experience in at least one transferable area (e.g., application support, system/configuration, business analysis, QA/testing, master data, commercial operations, CRM/ERP or related project work)
• Familiarity with Git, SQL, APIs, JSON, automated testing or scripting is beneficial but not required
• Comfort learning configuration-driven systems and understanding how process, configuration and data fit together
• Direct CPQ experience not required; exposure to CPQ/CRM/ERP or pricing/workflows is an advantage
• English fluent
