Experteer Overview
In this role you will support Finance EMEA by supervising and validating accounting and management reporting across reporting axes. You will help ensure accurate provisioning, controls, and data quality for regulatory and internal reporting within a multinational bank. You work closely with back/middle offices and external auditors to resolve questions and improve processes. The position sits at the intersection of accounting, reporting tooling, and governance, enabling reliable financial insight for decision-making. This opportunity combines finance expertise with cross-functional collaboration in a high-impact, international environment.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Measure and book adjustments in accounting and management accounting across reporting axes
• Review and perform suspense provisioning and other legal/tax provisions
• Oversee accounting controls performed by Back Offices using monthly and quarterly results
• Analyze data for regulatory reporting and disclosure production (e.g., Matisse allocations, BMRC feeding)
• Provide supervision on LoD1 control and ensure accurate data feeding by back office operations




• Assist Back and Middle offices in accounting aspects and coordinate responses to external queries
• Support upgrades and version releases of reporting tools and identify process improvements
• Observe bank policies and participate in special projects as directed

Responsabilidades
• 4-6 years of finance experience in banking (accounting, reporting, analysis) including audit/consultancy
• University graduate or business school background
• Advanced English and French
• Knowledge of IFRS and French GAAP is an asset; IFRS9 impairment knowledge is a plus
• Strong data analytics and high proficiency with computer tools
• Analytical, organized, problem-solving, and proactive with teamwork in a matrix setup
