In this role, you will lead and shape GTM system requirements to enable scalable, high-quality delivery for Sales, CS, Marketing, and RevOps. You’ll bridge business needs with engineering, coaching a team of GTM Analysts and ensuring clear, actionable specs. You’ll collaborate with GTM Architects and stakeholders to align solutions with the broader GTM strategy and data governance. This is a chance to impact how Deel scales its general GTM operations while advancing data discipline and stakeholder partnerships.

• Own the GTM tech intake front door across Sales Ops, CS Ops, Marketing Ops, RevOps, and adjacent teams
• Engage stakeholders early to understand problems and outcomes
• Act as SME across GTM domains, advising on best practices and system capabilities
• Translate business needs into clean requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Partner with GTM Architects and Developers to shape scalable solutions
• Lead and coach a team of GTM Systems Analysts
• Enable delivery by ensuring well-defined, prioritized work
• Promote data discipline and document business logic and system behaviors




• Support UAT readiness and ensure alignment with GTM strategy
• Ensure documentation is clear, accessible, and reusable for technical and business users

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience with advanced certifications
• Proficient in Salesforce Sales Cloud and tools like Gong, Outreach, and ChiliPiper
• Experience with GTM technologies like Hubspot, Gainsight, and DeaHub
• Skilled with enterprise integration tools (Syncari, Workato, Mulesoft, Fivetran)
• Experience developing in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Java
• Competent in XML, JavaScript, .NET, SQL, and C++
• Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and building integrations with Salesforce
• Salesforce certifications required (e.g., Platform App Builder)
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical requirements for stakeholders
