Experteer Overview
In this role you help FedEx Global Trade Services modernize operations through automation and AI. You will design, build and deploy automation that reduces manual work, improves service quality, and advances our data-driven transformation. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to turn business challenges into scalable AI-powered solutions. A key hook is shaping automation standards and driving continuous improvement across General Trade Services.

• Analyze processes to identify automation opportunities and design end-to-end automation solutions
• Build, test, and deploy automation workflows that reduce manual effort and elevate service quality
• Measure automation benefits (effort reduction, compliance, customer impact) and communicate value
• Develop automation using low-code/no-code platforms and AI technologies, including AI copilots and intelligent document processing
• Collaborate with customs experts, operations, product owners, IT, and stakeholders; run workshops to identify and prioritize automation opportunities
• Translate business requirements into technical automation and AI implementations

• Stay current on intelligent automation, Generative AI, and digital transformation trends

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Automation, or related field
• Experience designing and implementing process automation in a business setting
• Knowledge of workflow automation, BPM, or intelligent automation technologies
• Experience with automation platforms such as Microsoft Power Platform, Power Automate, or RPA technologies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management; English fluency; willing to travel ~25% in Europe
