As a Manufacturing Engineering Manager, you will play a key role in advancing our integral industrialization strategy for Power Conversion Systems. You will work across a worldwide network of manufacturing partners and collaborate with teams in Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations to bring innovative products from design to full-scale production.

In this role, you will help build a high-performing manufacturing ecosystem that supports business growth, product launches, and operational excellence. You will contribute to strategic initiatives that improve manufacturing readiness, increase scalability, and strengthen cost competitiveness across our global footprint.

You will have the opportunity to influence how products are industrialized and manufactured around the world. Your work will support new product introductions, manufacturing ramp-ups, and the qualification of manufacturing partners in key growth markets.

- Drive product industrialization activities from development to production.




- Support manufacturing readiness for new product introductions.
- Build and strengthen a global contract manufacturing network.
- Qualify new manufacturing partners and production capabilities.
- Improve manufacturing performance through continuous improvement initiatives.
- Advance automation and digitalization across manufacturing operations.
- Support manufacturing ramp-ups and capacity expansion programs.
- Improve scalability, efficiency, quality, and cost performance.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and Operations teams.
- Foster strong partnerships with external manufacturing organizations.

Your background

- Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent.
- Extensive experience in manufacturing engineering and industrialization.
- Experience working with contract manufacturing environments.
- Proven success delivering complex industrialization projects.
- Experience supporting product launches and manufacturing ramp-ups.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Effective problem-solving and project coordination capabilities.
- Ability to work internationally and travel globally when required.
