As a Salesforce Consultant, you enable project delivery by translating business needs into functional Salesforce solutions, aligned with the service vision. You collaborate across Omega and client teams to drive performance, design solutions, and ensure quality. You will contribute to knowledge sharing and maintain standard practices while delivering tangible business impact within a leading CXM environment.

Responsabilidades
• ≥4 years of Salesforce administration, configuration, and consulting experience
• Experience with multiple Salesforce clouds (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud)
• Strong communication and ability to translate business needs for technical teams
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written)
• Solid experience with Agile/SCRUM delivery
• Functional liaison between clients and cross-functional teams
