Experteer Overview
In this role you guide the architecture and technical direction for Edge System Management within Schneider Digital, shaping scalable, future-proof platforms. You will bridge engineering, AI, and product teams to deliver coherent edge solutions across the Schneider Electric ecosystem. You’ll combine hands-on leadership with architectural oversight, exploring forward-looking technologies and ensuring robust system integration. This is a mission-driven, cross-functional role at the intersection of automation, electrification, and digitization.

Compensaciones / Ventajas
• Define and evolve the target architecture for Edge System Management aligned with IE vision and platform strategy
• Provide hands-on design reviews and technical guidance to development teams, promoting engineering best practices
• Define and maintain integration architecture between Edge System Management and AI Hub services
• Identify and investigate emerging technologies; run PoCs and document recommendations for platform evolution
• Create high-quality architectural documentation and communicate decisions to stakeholders; contribute to roadmap with product management





Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in software engineering with architecture or technical leadership experience
• Proven track record delivering distributed platforms (edge, cloud, devices)
• Hands-on experience building and operating scalable systems
• Experience collaborating with engineering, product, and AI/ML teams
• Exposure to edge/IoT or complex system integrations
• Strong expertise in distributed systems and scalable architecture
• Experience designing AI-enabled data pipelines, model deployment, and API integration with AI services
• Proficiency with Kubernetes and at least one cloud platform (Azure or AWS)
• Solid understanding of edge computing and device management
• DevOps, CI/CD, and observability knowledge
• Ability to lead technical decisions and clearly communicate architecture
