Experteer Overview
In this role you will build a robust QA presence for Treatwell Connect, a fast-moving SaaS platform. You’ll create an automation framework starting with API coverage for core flows, mentor peers, and promote quality as a team habit. You’ll partner with developers and product to improve testing practices, surface edge cases through exploratory testing, and monitor production to drive continuous improvement. This position offers a greenfield opportunity to shape testing culture and product reliability at scale.

Responsabilidades
• 5+ years of QA experience with hands-on automation and manual/exploratory testing
• Experience building automation frameworks rather than only using them
• Fluent in at least one programming language and able to justify tooling choices
• Proven ability to shift team mindset about testing and build a quality culture
• Strong ability to articulate risks to engineers, PMs, and non-technical stakeholders
• Patient, persistent, and able to train others to improve over time
