As Analytics Manager, you will lead a team of analysts supporting high-impact B2C initiatives across the Dow Jones portfolio. You will guide priorities, develop talent, and ensure high-quality, actionable insights for Product, Engineering, Marketing and Data partners. The role blends people leadership with hands-on analytics to shape analytics standards and drive business impact. You’ll coach analysts, navigate ambiguity, and scale the team’s impact through effective collaboration and processes. This is a high-visibility opportunity to advance data-driven decision making at scale.

Responsabilidades
• 6+ years in data analytics, business analytics, or data science
• Experience managing or developing analysts
• Proven ability to lead teams and drive execution across multiple workstreams
• Strong experience applying analytics to digital subscription products and engagement analysis
• Advanced SQL and working knowledge of Python or R
• Expertise in data visualization/BI tools such as Tableau or Looker
• Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Marketing
• BS in a quantitative field or equivalent practical experience
