Experteer Overview
As Metro Procurement Leader, you steer procurement, contracting and supplier relationships across data center projects to maximize value and ensure uninterrupted delivery. You partner with engineering, construction and operations to align priorities, manage complex negotiations, and drive governance and compliance. You will leverage market intelligence and data insights to strengthen supply resilience and enable predictable project outcomes. This role also focuses on building high-performing teams and strategic supplier partnerships that foster innovation and continuous improvement.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Provide executive leadership on procurement, pricing, contract execution and change order governance; manage complex escalations and safety compliance.
• Drive procurement governance, policy compliance, supplier audits, and scalable processes across regions/functions to reduce cost and risk.
• Own SLA strategy, governance,



escalation management and contingency planning to ensure supplier accountability and business continuity.
• Lead sourcing strategies across strategic categories to optimize cost, continuity of supply, and supplier performance.
• Partner with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to align objectives and drive consensus on commercial priorities.

Responsabilidades
• Master's Degree in related field and proven experience in data science/analytics, finance, project management, supply chain or operations; or Bachelor's Degree with equivalent experience.
• Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and government security screening requirements (Microsoft Cloud Background Check).
