Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive growth and ROI across paid media and organic channels for Santander's Wealth Management u0026amp; Insurance segment. You will coordinate global paid media strategies, scale campaigns across markets, and align media activity with LTV/CAC economics. You will also lead AI-driven demand generation and optimize owned media, collaborating with cross-functional teams to maximize performance and impact. This is a chance to shape data-driven growth in a multinational bank environment.

• Define and coordinate integral paid media investment strategies aligned with growth targets
• Identify scaling opportunities across markets and products
• Optimize channel mix, bidding strategies, and budget allocation to maximize ROI
• Support countries in moving from pilots to scalable, always-on performance models
• Ensure alignment between Paid Media investment and LTV/CAC economics
• Build performance dashboards and reporting frameworks to track incremental impact
• Develop and lead Generative Search strategy,



including AI-driven discovery environments
• Strengthen organic acquisition channels and optimize website performance
• Align performance marketing strategies with communication campaigns and brand positioning

Responsabilidades
• At least 7 years of professional experience, with 5+ years in performance marketing, digital acquisition or growth
• Experience scaling paid media across multiple markets
• Experience managing budgets and optimizing ROI
• Experience in multinational, matrix organizations
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented
• Experience working in insurance or financial services (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
• Fluent in English and Spanish
