Experteer Overview
As Principal General Feasibility Lead, you drive high-complexity RFPs and feasibility studies across therapeutic areas to enable sponsor decisions. You work closely with cross-functional partners to design and deliver robust pre-award assessments and present findings to internal and external stakeholders. You manage multiple assignments with rigor, ensuring data quality, documentation, and timely delivery. You join a collaborative, high-performance team focused on accelerating drug development and sponsor success. This role offers impact by shaping feasibility processes and contributing to strategic bids in the sponsor-dedicated context.

• Independently manage high-complexity RFPs and feasibility objectives across all therapeutic areas; assess data needs and propose approaches.
• Collaborate with Business Units, Business Development, Medical Directors, and Analysts to resolve RFP challenges with minimal oversight.
• Identify solutions to non-standard requests and escalate issues as needed.
• Represent Global Feasibility in interactions with stakeholders, emphasizing collaboration, integrity, and quality.




• Deliver pre-award site feasibility analyses and presentations/reports to stakeholders, autonomously.
• Maintain comprehensive records in internal libraries and ensure data accessibility without audit issues.
• Conduct literature research and synthesize background information to support feasibility.
• Prepare materials for bid defenses and participate in teleconferences with limited supervision.
• Coordinate work of team members on larger projects or partnerships when required.
• Mentor junior staff up to Senior Feasibility Lead levels, including editing and data processing guidance.

Responsabilidades

• Proven ability to deliver multiple assignments with high quality and on schedule
• Experience preparing written and visual feasibility materials and presentations
• Mentoring or supervisory capability to guide junior team members
• Comfort with independent research using scientific literature and internal tools
