Experteer Overview
In this role you will drive the development and enhancement of the PDB Tool globally, overseeing architecture, roadmap, and task prioritization. You will collaborate with local users and development teams to extend the tool across product lines, ensuring scalability and user-focused improvements. You’ll analyze requirements, code internally or configure COTS applications, and support deployment, testing, and documentation. You will lead quality, backlogs, and stakeholder communications to deliver a robust, extensible tool aligned with the business roadmap.

• Define and maintain the PDB Tool architecture and roadmap in line with the Business Unit roadmap
• Oversee code quality through reviews, testing and performance monitoring
• Prioritize features by managing the product backlog based on user needs and strategy
• Collaborate with users and development teams to extend tool to additional product lines
• Code internally or configure COTS applications using programming, scripting, and SQL
• Support testing, deployment, maintenance, and evolution of applications
• Ensure scalable, user-centric tool design and usability improvements
• Provide last-level support, maintain documentation, and deliver training and release notes
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and alignment between users and developers
