Experteer Overview As Solutions Engineering Manager EMEA, you lead a regional team that designs and delivers technical solutions for clients, coordinating with Sales, Product, and Operations to ensure high-quality outcomes. You drive strategy, prioritize work, and scale the team while maintaining execution discipline. You’ll tackle complex client situations, guide technical recommendations, and partner with cross-functional squads to enable faster launches and improved business results. This role combines leadership with hands-on engineering judgment in a fast-paced commerce tech environment. Compensaciones / Ventajas • Lead and develop the Solutions Engineering team across EMEA with clear priorities and a high standard for delivery • Own team strategy and OKRs, translating priorities into a concrete operating approach and adapting to product/service changes • Own hiring, onboarding, capability development, and performance management; run regular 1:1s and team reviews • Allocate team assignments based on priority, capacity, skills, and scope; ensure tools and training are in place • Oversee technical support for clients across EMEA, including integrations, custom solutions, troubleshooting, and product rollouts • Support complex client situations, escalations, and high-impact launches; guide direction and maintain momentum • Provide strong technical recommendations to help clients adopt solutions and improve outcomes • Help identify, structure, and solve complex technical issues; collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering to resolve • Support market-specific needs and new product adoption while scaling the service model • Partner with Sales, Account Strategy, Operations, Product, and Technical Support to align priorities and unblock execution • Report team activity,



risks, performance, and business impact to management • Improve processes and ownership; sponsor tools, automation, and solutions that boost efficiency, quality, scalability, and revenue growth • Turn recurring field observations into lasting improvements in methods and documentation for standardization • Encourage thoughtful use of AI tools to aid preparation, troubleshooting, and solution design Responsabilidades • 8+ years in technical solutions, technical support, solutions engineering, or related client-facing technical role • Experience leading or managing a team with coaching, hiring, onboarding, and performance management • Strong web tech foundation (JavaScript, HTML); working knowledge of APIs, SQL, and at least one language (Python or NodeJS) • Strong project and stakeholder management; ability to prioritize multiple demands and make decisions under pressure • Excellent communication skills; able to explain technical topics to non-technical audiences and senior stakeholders • Experience cross-functionally with commercial, product, engineering, and operations teams; relationship-building and influence without formal authority • Good understanding of digital advertising technology, e-commerce, and client implementation workflows • Comfort with change, process improvement, and elevating execution standards • Fluency in English (written and spoken); distributed team or multi-time-zone experience a plus • Familiarity with AI tools and practical use to improve team efficiency and technical work a plus Requisitos principales • hybrid work model • learning and career development programs • health benefits and wellness support • diverse and inclusive team • competitive salary with performance-based rewards and potential equity
