Location: Barcelona (1-2 days/week in office, remote the rest) Key Responsibilities ~ Proven experience as a , leading design initiatives from discovery to delivery ~ Strong proficiency with Figma for wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity designs ~ Solid background designing end-to-end digital experiences for web and mobile products ~ Strong understanding of UX methodologies, interaction design,



information architecture and visual design ~ Experience collaborating with Product, UX Research, Engineering and Brand teams ~ Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches ~ Understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive design ~(-) Nice to have Experience contributing to the evolution of a companys design system and documentation Data-informed design practices and experience with research/testing validation Experience optimizing design processes, file management and version control Discover more about Capitole here And have a look to how others think we are We are excited to meet you!
