The Role

Data plays a key role in how we design the product, support our customers, and make better decisions across the company. Our Data team works with teams across Holded (Product, Sales, Support, Marketing and Finance) and we're now looking for a Product Data Analyst to join us, with a focus on specific products within Holded.

You'll be part of a growing data organisation that includes analysts, data engineers and data science, and you'll work closely with both business and product teams from day one.

You'll own analytics for a defined set of our product areas, working directly with their Product Managers. You'll have senior analysts alongside you. Your work will include:

- Owning the metrics and dashboards your product areas run on, from definition through to what people actually decide with them
- Answering data questions and helping teams understand what's happening in the business
- Supporting product launches by helping define metrics, validating tracking and monitoring results
- Building and owning dbt models in BigQuery, contributing to a semantic layer used across the company
- Contributing to shared metrics and a common semantic layer
- Working closely with Product Managers and Business stakeholders

Ideally, we are looking for an analyst with hands-on dbt experience and an interest in data modeling and/or analytics engineering.

This is a role with significant growth opportunities, both in terms of scope and impact. Within your first year, you should:

- Build dashboards and analyses that teams rely on
- Ship dbt models independently,



including the metric definitions for at least one major product launch
- Become the go-to data partner for the product areas you own
- Be the first person your PMs come to with a data question
- Start contributing to the betterment of our semantic layer

Job requirements

About you

- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Master in Data Science or any related field, or equivalent practical experience
- 1–3 years of experience working with data in a professional/business context.
- Good SQL
- Some experience with Python is a plus
- Data modeling knowledge
- Ideally, some experience working close to product and business teams
- Curious mindset and willingness to learn
- Spanish (working proficiency), English (Intermediate)
- Based in Barcelona
- Experience with dbt and data modeling is strongly preferred.
- Nice to have experience with BigQuery, Lightdash or cloud platforms.
