As Manager, Global Transparency Reporting, you will lead end‑to‑end global transparency reporting within HCC Risk Management Solutions. You will steer governance, data quality, and cross‑functional collaboration to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate disclosures. You’ll develop scalable reporting processes, drive continuous improvement, and coach a high‑performing team to enable effective risk management. This role offers visibility across regions and a chance to shape transparency practices in a global healthcare leader.

• Manage end‑to‑end execution of general transparency reporting activities: planning, data collection, validation, submission, and post‑submission corrections
• Lead governance processes including reporting methodologies, control frameworks, risk assessments, and remediation plans
• Provide leadership for complex reporting activities, reconciliations, data quality reviews, and remediation efforts
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team with performance management and career development
• Ensure workload balance, resource allocation, and workforce planning to support business objectives
• Monitor and translate emerging transparency regulations and industry codes into actionable reporting requirements
• Collaborate with HCC, Legal, Finance, and regional stakeholders to align on reporting needs and risk mitigation
• Drive continuous improvement and implement process, system,



and reporting enhancements to boost efficiency and scalability
• Partner with transparency reporting solutions, data management, and technology teams to design scalable capabilities
• Oversee data analytics and visualization to identify risks, trends, and compliance insights
• Document critical reporting knowledge and develop training to strengthen capability
• Perform other duties as assigned by HCC Risk Management Solutions management
• Demonstrate strong analytical skills, leadership, and ability to operate in a cross‑functional, matrixed environment

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree
• 5–7 years of experience in HCC or related compliance function
• Strong communication and influencing skills for non‑technical audiences
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and complex projects
• Experience consolidating data from multiple sources for quantitative analysis
• Experience with database and reporting tools
• Experience managing recurring complex compliance or regulatory reporting processes
• Experience supporting operational excellence or process improvement initiatives
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
