Experteer Overview
In this role you will help build a proactive Information Security Risk Management culture across Allianz. You will maintain a robust risk framework, provide global visibility into threats, and ensure actionable plans address gaps. You will collaborate with operating entities and groups to strengthen cyber resilience and regulatory compliance. This position offers the chance to shape security practices across a large international organization and work with cutting-edge initiatives in IT and GenAI. You will report to senior stakeholders and drive measurable improvements in risk posture.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Monitor and report Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) and control deficiencies related to information security and cyber risk
• Provide global expert support to operating entities in risk management activities and define mitigations
• Collaborate with operating entities and group functions to manage third-party cyber risk and conduct risk assessments aligned with Group Policies
• Facilitate user-group discussions,



share best practices, provide updates, and drive continuous improvement of risk management practices

Responsabilidades
• Practical experience and certifications in information security governance (e.g., CISM, ISO27001, CRISC)
• Proven track record in large multinational organizations and in steering/monitoring without direct authority
• Experience in IS risk management, operational risk management, enterprise risk management, and use of GRC tools
• Strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex topics to senior stakeholders
• Fluent in English; second language (German, Italian, Spanish) is a plus
• Interest and affinity for IT and Generative AI (GenAI) as assets
