Sandoz Iberia is seeking an IBP Design & Continuous Improvement Lead to shape and advance the Integrated Business Planning model across demand, supply, and financial planning. You will work with the commercial, finance and supply chain teams, as well as regional colleagues, to ensure rigorous alignment and sustained effectiveness.
You will own the IBP playbook, drive process design and governance, and build capability through training and scalable processes across horizons.
