We are currently recruiting for an experienced Project Manager to join a leading European interior fit-out contractor delivering major data centre, commercial, and pharmaceutical projects across Europe.

Based across projects in Germany, Finland, Spain, and Italy, you will take full responsibility for delivering large-scale interior fit-out packages from pre-construction through to final handover, ensuring projects are completed safely, on programme, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a rapidly growing contractor with a strong pipeline of hyperscale data centre projects throughout Europe.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage projects from pre-construction through to final handover. Develop and manage project programmes, labour plans, and resource schedules. Coordinate design activities with clients, consultants, and project teams.

Manage project budgets, procurement, commercial performance, and forecasting.



Lead site management teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. Monitor project progress and implement recovery plans where required.

Ensure compliance with contract requirements, quality standards, and HSEQ procedures. Manage project risks, variations, and client communications. Work closely with the Commercial Team on valuations and cost reporting.

Chair project meetings and issue regular progress reports. Build strong client relationships throughout project delivery. Drive successful commissioning and project handover. RequirementsMinimum 8 years' construction experience.

At least 5 years' experience as a Project Manager. Proven experience delivering large commercial interior fit-out projects. Strong knowledge of drywall, ceilings, partitions, raised access flooring, and complete interior fit-out packages.

Data centre project experience is highly desirable. Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related discipline. Excellent leadership, planning, commercial, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders on fast-paced construction projects.

Full driving licence. Willingness to travel across Northern Europe.
