About the Role and Why It’s Special ✨

As we continue to scale internationally, we are strengthening the strategic and organizational backbone of the company to support our next phase of growth. To do so, we are building out our Strategy Department, in which the Strategy Associate will play a critical role.
We are looking for a Strategy Associate based in Barcelona to work on some of the most important decisions facing the company.



This person will report to Ángela Pérez Albertos and will work close with Andreu Dotti (CEO), and the rest of the leadership team.
This is a role designed for someone early in their career who wants to learn fast and take on meaningful responsibility. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and decision-making across the company. The Strategy Associate will help bring analytical rigor, structure, and clarity to the company’s most important strategic priorities. At the same time, we expect you to be willing to roll up your sleeves and participate directly in operational initiatives (for example supporting a commercial campaign, market launch, or product rollout) to understand how the business works in practice.
