About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Investor Sales & Upsell Manager who is confident building relationships and closing opportunities over the phone.
The Manager will work directly with private investors , supporting them throughout their investment journey and helping convert initial interest into active and repeat investments.
The role is focused on outbound investor contact, lead conversion, investor activation, reactivation and upselling .
This is a strong opportunity for an experienced sales professional who enjoys direct client interaction, measurable targets and building long-term relationships with private investors.
Responsibilities:




- Contact prospective and existing investors daily by phone, WhatsApp and other communication channels, following an established sales cadence;
- Work systematically with different lead segments, including registered clients, incomplete KYC cases, deposited but non-invested clients and inactive investors;
- Convert warm leads into active investors by guiding them from initial interest through onboarding, deposit and first investment;
- Conduct sales conversations by phone, identify client needs and confidently present relevant investment opportunities;
- Handle objections and identify the key reasons preventing potential investors from moving forward;
- Follow up proactively with leads to maintain engagement and improve conversion rates;
- Reactivate existing and previously active investors, encouraging repeat investments and increasing overall investment volumes;
