DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a Data / Analytics Engineer with strong experience designing, developing, and maintaining scalable data and analytics solutions within Databricks environments. The role focuses on building robust data pipelines, implementing modern data architectures, and delivering high-quality analytical solutions that support business objectives.
The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, architects, and delivery teams to translate requirements into effective data solutions. You will be responsible for developing and optimizing data transformations using DBT, SQL, and Jinja, implementing Medallion Architecture principles, supporting CI/CD practices, and ensuring high standards of governance, traceability, maintainability, and documentation. The role also involves active stakeholder engagement through workshops,



requirements clarification sessions, and progress reviews to ensure successful delivery of business-focused data products.

Tasks:
· Design, develop, and maintain scalable data and analytics solutions in Databricks environments.
· Build, optimize, and support data pipelines using DBT, SQL, and Jinja.
· Implement and maintain Medallion Architecture data layers (Bronze, Silver, and Gold).
· Apply data modeling best practices to support analytical and reporting requirements.
· Develop reusable and maintainable data transformation frameworks and processes.
· Optimize data transformations and workflows to improve performance and scalability.
· Manage source code repositories using Git and GitFlow methodologies.
· Support and contribute to CI/CD automation and deployment practices.
· Gather and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders.
