In this role you will lead AI and analytics initiatives to unlock measurable value across Alexion, shaping patient-centric data platforms and scalable solutions. You’ll partner with business and technology stakeholders to translate complex needs into practical capabilities, driving AI across enterprise platforms while ensuring trust, security, and governance. You’ll manage multidisciplinary teams and external partners to deliver high-impact AI applications that advance healthcare science and business goals. This is a high-visibility role focused on technical excellence, operational reliability, and cross-functional impact.

• Mentor and develop regional engineering teams to sustain high performance across geographies
• Provide technical leadership across the full solution lifecycle from discovery to optimization

• Ensure responsible, secure, and compliant AI production governance and alignment with regulatory requirements

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field
• Proven experience delivering production AI, ML, data science, or software engineering solutions including LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI-powered apps
• Hands-on Python proficiency and experience with AI frameworks (Hugging Face Transformers, LangChain, TensorFlow, PyTorch) and SQL
• Strong MLOps and software delivery experience (CI/CD, automated deployment, monitoring, version control, containerization)
• Knowledge of cloud AI/data architectures (AWS, data lakes, serverless, Kubernetes, elastic compute)
• Experience leading geographically distributed teams and cross-functional collaboration
• Advanced analytical and modeling capabilities and trend anticipation
• Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills; biopharma experience valued
