As a Project Manager in industrial automation for airport and port environments, you drive successful delivery of boarding bridge and docking systems. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget results while nurturing long-term client relationships. • Plan and lead project execution across departments to meet milestones and client expectations
• Serve as the client voice inside the company and the company voice to the client
• Coordinate technicians, materials, and human resources; manage timelines and costs
• Define project strategy regarding schedule and budget; assess and mitigate risks
• Mobilize departments during unforeseen events and client visits
• Ensure final deliverables align with contractual documents and approved plans
• Monitor project revenues, costs, and schedule; track financial progress

Responsabilidades
• 5–10 years of international project management experience in capital goods manufacturing or large project management
• Strong communication skills to coordinate with multiple departments
• C1 English level; German intermediate/conversational required for stakeholder interaction
• University degree with Industrial Engineering specialization
• Desirable: PMP and/or formal project management training
• Knowledge of planning tools (Primavera, MSP)
• Experience with customer-facing project management and risk management
• Ability to work in a hybrid work model and maintain stakeholder relationships
