In this role you will help shape wind turbine control software, integrating sensors and subsystems to deliver high performance, reliability, and safety. You will lead cross-functional efforts to diagnose and fix complex fleet-wide issues and drive deployment of robust control features. You will work closely with general teams to translate strategic goals into engineering requirements and maintain architectural integrity. This is a mission-driven opportunity to push the boundaries of wind turbine controls at scale.

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Controls Engineering or similar discipline
• 10+ years of controls engineering experience, with wind turbine control system design or similar complex systems
• Advanced proficiency in Matlab/Simulink and model-based design
• Experience in a leadership or senior technical capacity managing complex projects with autonomy
