Sales Manager Carbon Credits (Europe) Location: Remote (Europe) Experience : Proven track record in carbon credit sales, with an established network of buyers and strong knowledge of the European voluntary carbon market. Planting trees and managing carbon sounds like an easy task but doing it cost-effectively and at scale requires overcoming huge challenges such as access to land, regulatory constraints, high-capital needs, trustworthy product design, effective asset management, general operations, and a long-term commitment. Cambium and its strategic partner Pomera Maderas leverage over 20 years of experience with forestry and conservation projects in LATAM, resulting in unique skills and IP with both native and adapted species.

This, combined with our world-class sensor, data, AI, and financial expertise, puts us in a unique position to tackle the challenges behind carbon removal through nature-based solutions. With high-quality and permanent carbon removal in mind, Cambium designs custom environmentally and economically sustainable ecosy stems on degraded lands with special care on the water cycle, biodiversity, carbon removal performance and social development. This new world of carbon management requires a team with the ambition to learn and adapt, to share their skills, and to contribute to the project and society. We are seeking a Sales Manager, Carbon Credits (Europe) to lead the commercialization and sale of Cambium's portfolio of carbon projects and products, with a particular focus on European clients an d markets. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding Cambium's commercial presence in the ca rbon market, especially within the voluntary carbon market.





This person will be responsible for identifying prospective buyers, developing a strong commercial pipeline, and managing and growing a portfolio of clients and opportunities across Europe. The candidate will also represent Cambium in industry events, conferences, and other commercial forums, helping to strengthen the company's market visibility and position. This is a highly commercial and externally facing role, suited to someone with a strong understanding of the carbon market landscape, market dynamics, and buyer needs, as well as the ability to convert relationships into tangible business opportunities .

Proven experience in carbon credit sales, ideally within the voluntary carbon market (VCS/Verra). Strong knowledge of the European corporate buyer ecosystem, particularly among companies with sustainability, ESG, and net-zero commitments. Established network of buyers and commercial relationships in the carbon market, particularly across Europe.

Demonstrated ability to originate, manage, and grow a commercial pipeline and client portfolio.

English is required. You will join a highly qualified and inspiring team with experience in very diverse fields. We strongly believe in remote work. This position can be held in Europe , and will involve international travel depending on project needs.
