Experteer Overview In this role you drive the end-to-end CRM tech stack across multiple markets to boost customer engagement and growth. You’ll partner with marketing, product and engineering to deliver data-driven automations and scalable CRM solutions. Your work ensures data quality, efficient workflows, and strong vendor management while supporting multi-market expansion. This is a hands-on, cross-functional position with a clear impact on growth and customer experience. Compensaciones / Beneficios • Lead the technical design, implementation, and optimization of CRM systems at scale • Collaborate with marketing, product and engineering to align CRM solutions with business goals • Develop and maintain CRM infrastructure, automate workflows and integrations, and enable personalization • Ensure data quality, integrity, and compliance via audits and analysis • Troubleshoot CRM performance issues and optimize system functionality • Analyze CRM data to generate actionable insights and recommendations • Manage technical vendors and maintain system documentation • Create in-app messages and email templates using HTML, CSS,
