In this leadership role, you will spearhead the Risk Decisioning ML function, building production models that power Cleo’s risk decisions. You’ll manage and grow a team of ML engineers and data scientists, aligning the ML roadmap with business impact at scale. The role combines hands-on model work with strategic leadership to drive data-driven risk capabilities across the product. You’ll operate in a fast-growing, collaborative culture that values innovation and measurable outcomes.

• Extensive experience building and deploying Machine Learning models to production
• Experience managing and developing high performing teams of data scientists and ML engineers
• Habits of keeping abreast of the latest research and experimenting productively with new technologies
• Experience owning an ML roadmap, driving ideas through to business impact
• Ability to write production quality Python code and be hands-on
