Experteer Overview
In this role, you drive OT cybersecurity compliance for Dematic’s regional solutions, ensuring security by design across the project lifecycle. You will translate regulations into practical requirements, coordinate with cross‑functional teams, and oversee risk assessments and audits for OT systems. You’ll work closely with customers and suppliers to meet standards like ISA/IEC 62443 and EU regulatory acts, shaping secure, scalable automation deployments. This is a hands‑on, cross‑border role with meaningful impact on safety, reliability and regulatory adherence.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Translate EU Cyber Resilience Act and Machinery Regulation into auditable OT requirements
• Embed secure-by-design practices across project lifecycle including design, FAT/SAT, commissioning and handover
• Develop and review security architecture, risk assessments and reference designs for bids and live projects
• Produce handover security documentation and maintenance baselines for customers and Dematic Service
• Apply ISA/IEC 62443 across OT systems (zones, network segmentation, secure remote access, hardening, backups)
• Conduct OT risk assessments, security testing and assurance reviews; track findings to closure
• Support OT security incident readiness and response in coordination with IT Security and customer




• Act as OT cybersecurity point of contact for stakeholders; provide guidance and training on requirements
• Capture lessons learned to improve standards, designs and training
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations and company policies; participate in audits
• Travel up to 25% to support projects and audits

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in relevant fields
• Minimum 5 years in OT/ICS cybersecurity or industrial automation
• Knowledge of ISA/IEC 62443 and OT/ICS security fundamentals
• Familiarity with EU Cyber Resilience Act and Machinery Regulation (EU 2023/1230) and NIS2 awareness
• Experience with industrial control tech (PLC, SCADA) and intralogistics environments
• Proven ability to write technical and compliance reports
• Experience embedding cybersecurity into project/engineering lifecycles
• Ability to lead internal and external audits
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
• Ability to work independently on multiple projects and influence cross-functional teams
• English fluency; additional European languages a plus
• ISA/IEC 62443 certification or equivalent OT-security credential is an advantage
• Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%
