As Product Manager for AI products, you drive demand, governance, and delivery across our portfolio, shaping AI solutions with real business impact. You’ll partner with Legal, Security, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and scalable execution. This role sits at the crossroads of technology, data governance, and business strategy, offering exposure to international markets and high-visibility initiatives. You’ll own roadmaps, budgets, and continuous improvement to maximize value.

• Own and coordinate AI product demand across the organization aligned to strategic priorities
• Manage and prioritize product backlogs with transparent stakeholder communication
• Define and implement data governance frameworks for AI initiatives
• Ensure GDPR and regulatory compliance with Legal and Security teams
• Lead end-to-end product lifecycle: requirements, roadmap, prioritization, delivery




• Define and manage product budgets, driving cost control and value generation
• Collaborate with international cross-functional teams to deliver scalable AI solutions
• Drive continuous improvement to maximize performance, adoption, and impact

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Information Technology, Telecommunications Engineering, or Business (minimum)
• 3+ years of experience in engineering, technology, or digital transformation projects
• Strong understanding of product lifecycles, governance, and metrics
• Fluent in English and Spanish (C1+
• Experience with Agile methodologies and hybrid delivery models
• Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence
• Proven ability to manage international stakeholders and cross-border initiatives
