Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead and shape end-to-end social media strategies for major accounts, driving business impact through integrated, data-informed storytelling. You work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand-consistent execution and innovative social initiatives. You will present proposals and results to clients, guiding strategy from ideation through measurement. Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Lead client communication on Social Media and present proposals and results in strategic meetings
• Develop and implement comprehensive Social Media strategies aligned with business/objectives
• Oversee strategy execution including Community Management, content ideation, production, influencer activity, and Paid Media integration
• Define KPIs, monitor and analyze results, and apply learnings from a strategic perspective
• Collaborate with internal and client-side teams to ensure strategy success and cross-platform consistency




• Identify and drive opportunities by tracking trends and innovations; foster a collaborative, dynamic work environment
• Develop proposals and presentations for pitches

Responsabilidades
• 8+ years in Social Media with experience leading major accounts (preferred)
• Excellent communication and leadership with a client-oriented approach
• Deep knowledge of social platforms, audiences, storytelling, and digital trends
• Strong analytical skills and results orientation; proficiency with analytics and social media management tools; Sprinklr experience a plus
• Strong organizational skills and strategic project management
• Creative, aesthetic, and visual sensibility
• C1 level of English
