Responsabilidades
• 4+ years as Backend/Software Engineer
• Experience shipping real AI products and handling production issues
• Proficiency in NodeJS or Python; clean, maintainable code
• Strong SQL and NoSQL knowledge; PostgreSQL and ORM (Sequelize/TypeORM) experience
• Experience shipping Claude-powered features; ability to prompt, review, and balance AI vs manual coding
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to document and explain concepts; strong remote collaboration
• Ability to work in distributed teams with async communication
• Commitment to secure coding, data handling, and compliance
• Awareness of cost efficiency and resource optimization
• Accountability for end-to-end ownership of features
