In this role, you will oversee operational quality assurance for the Bearing Centre, ensuring products meet organizational and regulatory standards. You will lead quality teams, implement control procedures, and monitor performance to drive reliability and compliance. You’ll collaborate across units to embed quality practices and conduct audits with actionable recommendations. This position supports Wärtsilä’s decarbonisation mission by delivering high-quality bearings for marine and energy markets.
