In this role you will manage end-to-end service delivery for a defined client portfolio, acting as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams. You will oversee governance, onboarding, training, and escalation, while driving standardization and process improvements. You’ll coordinate across stakeholders, lead client events and runbooks, and report client metrics to senior leadership. This position supports a high-impact client service model within JP Morgan Asset u0026amp; Wealth Management, with opportunities to influence governance and corporate actions at scale.

• Monitor and present monthly client service metrics to senior management
• Travel to client sites as needed to support relationships and delivery

• 3+ years of experience managing or supporting a client portfolio in a client-facing environment
• Excellent communication, presentation, and active listening skills
• Strong analytical, numerical, documentation, and procedural management skills
• Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate across multiple teams and functions
