As Team Leader, you will lead the commercial engine of one of TP's most strategic new programs.

Your responsibilities will include

Overseeing the full sales cycle across multiple EMEA markets. Driving outbound pipeline generation and ensuring consistent host acquisition performance. Leading high-quality consultative engagements with professional property managers. Collaborating with Airbnb's Growth and Marketplace teams to refine targeting strategies and optimize outreach cadences.

Building and scaling a high-performing multilingual sales team from the ground up. Leveraging data-driven insights to improve acquisition workflows and performance.
