Experteer Overview In this role you drive the adoption of HPE Cloud Ops Suite across mid-market customers and partners, enabling successful deployments of Morpheus, VM Essentials, and OpsRamp. You will lead partner enablement, run POCs, and deliver compelling technical demonstrations, aligning solutions with customer needs. You’ll work cross-functionally with sales, product, and engineering to ensure consistent messaging and a smooth hand-off. This role offers hands-on impact in a fast-moving, startup-like culture with a hybrid work model. Compensaciones / Ventajas • Train and enable partners on HPE VM Essentials and Morpheus Enterprise • Create and share demo and lab environments for partner showcases • Support partners through all stages of customer POCs from setup to validation • Assist in positioning Cloud Ops Suite during partner and customer presentations • Conduct discovery sessions, technical presentations, and live demos with customers • Lead POCs and evaluations focused on VM Essentials and Morpheus Enterprise • Collaborate with sales, presales, and product teams for smooth solution hand-off and consistent messaging • Provide field feedback to improve training, content,



and tools • Share best practices and lessons learned to boost partner readiness • Foster a collaborative, agile culture focused on innovation Responsabilidades • 4-8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud, or virtualization technologies • Hands-on experience with at least one major hypervisor (VMware ESXi, KVM, Hyper-V) • Experience with private, public, or hybrid cloud architectures • Working knowledge of Linux and Windows OS, networking, and storage (SAN/NAS, iSCSI, SDS) • Exposure to automation tools (PowerShell, Bash, Ansible, Terraform) • Industry certifications in virtualization, cloud, or automation (preferred) • Familiarity with HPE hybrid IT portfolio and competitive landscape • Strong technical-selling and presentation abilities • Excellent communication skills for mixed audiences • Autonomous, initiative-driven with startup mindset • Multitasking across enablement and POC projects Requisitos principales • health u0026 wellbeing benefits • personal u0026 professional development programs • unconditional inclusion • flexible work arrangements
