In this HR Specialist role, you partner with clients in Southern Europe to manage the full employee lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding—ensuring compliant, smooth operations. You act as the in-country HR expert, guiding complex employee relations, contracts, and labour-law advisory. You’ll support immigration, mobility, and global HR transformations while collaborating with payroll, benefits, and legal partners. This role shapes how clients scale their teams across Europe with compliant, efficient processes.

• Onboard and manage lifecycle events to ensure compliant employee experience
• Handle complex employee relations and terminations with legally sound documentation
• Manage relationships with payroll providers, benefits brokers, and HR legal advisors
• Provide in-country HR consultation on benefits, compliance, and workforce planning
• Stay current on Southern European labour laws and cultural nuances
• Review and advise on employment contracts and risk mitigation
• Guide clients through performance improvement plans and salary changes




• Act as SPOC for immigration/mobility with Integral Mobility team
• Identify delegable tasks, document processes, and ensure smooth handover
• Drive digital transformation and automation of HR processes
• Lead compliance governance projects across South Europe markets
• Support global HR practices standardization and continuous improvement

Responsabilidades
• 3+ years of HR experience
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages a bonus
• Deep knowledge of Southern European labour laws, esp. France (portage salarial)
• Experience supporting complex employee relations
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Tech-savvy with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau; familiarity with Zoom u0026 Slack
