providing guidance and technical consultancy to users and stakeholders • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions • Ensure seamless integration of digital tools and platforms to enhance productivity • Manage and optimize M365 environments for security, scalability, and reliability • Identify and address potential issues proactively to maintain system integrity • Leverage AI to enhance digital workplace solutions and user experience • Analyze data with AI to optimize workplace performance • Explore and integrate AI capabilities in collaboration tools • Handle 3rd level business critical incidents and requests, with escalation management • Document solutions and processes for future maintenance • Mentor junior team members and promote continuous learning Responsabilidades • Certified M365 with hands-on experience managing M365 environments • More than 8 years of system administration experience on email and cloud services • Fluent English Requisitos principales •
