Experteer Overview
In this role, you provide frontline IT support to end users and help ensure smooth operation of devices and services. You will work with global partners and internal IT teams to resolve incidents, manage the ticket queue, and replace hardware as part of project work. You’ll troubleshoot across Windows environments and applications, and handle end-of-life hardware lifecycle tasks. This position focuses on delivering reliable user support at scale within a diverse, integral organization.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Provide user support and participate in hardware replacement projects with local or global partners
• Handle level 2 end-user support and manage the ticket queue with the Virtual Tech Hut and IT colleagues
• Receive user inquiries via ServiceNow live agent chat, phone, and walk-ins




• Create and resolve incidents and service requests; troubleshoot with higher-level IT or third-party partners
• Troubleshoot Windows and applications; perform administrative tasks as needed
• Hands-on hardware troubleshooting
• Manage End-of-Lease computers through their lifecycle
• Assist vendors and lead projects such as replacing computers, switches, or printers

Responsabilidades
• Experience as IT Support Specialist or similar role (3+ years)
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to communicate with users and teams remotely
• Structured, task-prioritization approach
• Fluency in Spanish and English (speaking and writing)
