Context

For the further implementation of NIS2 within VEB, we are seeking an experienced program manager with knowledge of IT security to make the step from NIS2 Basic to NIS2 Important.

Description

Demonstrable experience in infrastructure or development projects.

Demonstrable experience as a Program Manager, leading programs related to infrastructure or development projects.

Demonstrable experience with project management techniques and the ability to use tools (risk management, issue management, etc.)

Demonstrable knowledge and experience with ITIL.

Demonstrable experience with the terminology, organization, roles, and processes of the PM methodology (e.g., Prince2, PMBok, etc.), preferably demonstrated by certification.

Demonstrable knowledge and experience of a program management methodology (e.g.,



Agile, Scrum, MSP), preferably demonstrated by certification.

Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR level C2.

Skills & technologies

Demonstrable experience as a Program Manager, leading programs related to infrastructure or development projects

demonstrable experience in the public sector (Flemish or federal government,...)

Demonstrable experience in the role of CISO / CISO as a service

Demonstrable experience in infrastructure projects or development projects

demonstrable experience regarding NIS2 regulations / implementations

demonstrable experience with VANTA (GRC / compliance tooling)

holder of a DPO certificate

demonstrable experience with ISO27001 audit / compliance

demonstrable experience in setting up a SOC (security operations center)
