We are currently looking for an experienced Test Manager to join a major IT environment in Brussels and lead and coordinate testing activities across a portfolio of strategic projects.

This is a hands-on Test Management position combining test strategy, coordination, quality governance, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and implement test strategies and comprehensive test plans for major IT projects.
- Coordinate and oversee all testing phases throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor test execution, analyze results, and report on quality metrics and risks.
- Manage defects and ensure timely follow-up and resolution.
- Act as the central point of contact for all testing-related matters.
- Use Azure DevOps for dashboards, work items, test case preparation and execution, defect management, and follow-up.
- Communicate testing progress, risks, and recommendations through Power BI reporting.
- Drive continuous improvement of testing processes, methodologies, governance, and quality standards.




- Collaborate closely with project teams, business stakeholders, analysts, developers, and test engineers.

Required Profile :

- 5–8 years of experience in Test Management and software testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps.
- ISTQB Foundation certification is mandatory.
- Proven experience defining test strategies and coordinating end-to-end testing activities.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Basic/junior experience with Power BI, including an understanding of reporting and data refresh processes.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proactive, accurate, and comfortable interacting with technical teams, business stakeholders, and management.
- Previous experience in the insurance sector is an asset.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.

Languages: Fluent French, Dutch, and English are required.
