Key Responsibilities:

- Content Moderation: Screen and monitor TikTok for abusive, violent, or inappropriate content. Ensure a safe, engaging experience for all users on the platform.
- Sensitivity Management: Understand that the content you moderate may sometimes be sensitive or disturbing, requiring emotional resilience.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with an international team, contributing to a multicultural and fast-paced work environment.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure that all moderation guidelines are followed strictly, upholding the platforms integrity.

Job Requirements:

- Language Skills: Native-level fluency in German, with written and oral proficiency in English.
- Resilience: Ability to handle sensitive, sometimes disturbing content with professionalism and composure.
- Adaptability: A strong desire to work in a fast-paced, team-based international environment where you will embrace diverse cultures and languages.
- Technical Skills: Intermediate IT proficiency, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.

Schedule:

- Salary: 23 280 EUR gross / year
- Language Bonus: 1435,20 EUR gross / year
- Full-time:



39 hours/week, Monday to Sunday (with two weekends off per month; days off can be taken during the week).
- Part-time: 16 hours/week, exclusively on weekends (training will be full-time).
- Shifts: Shifts are scheduled according to the Line of Business (LOB) and market requirements, with a hybrid working model.
- Flexible Scheduling: You will receive your work schedule a month in advance, and all breaks are included and paid (25-minute lunch and 5-minute hourly breaks).
- Work-life Balance: Maximum of 7 consecutive working days per week.

Contract Information:

- Contract Type: Fixed-term (2 months), renewable based on performance. After 4-6 months, there is potential for a permanent contract.
- Probation Period: 1 month as part of the first contract.
- Paid Training: Youll be paid from day one of training, which can last between 1-6 weeks depending on the LOB.

Training:

- Training is conducted on working days (Monday to Friday, no weekends or holidays).
- The duration and schedule of training will vary by the LOB and will be confirmed by email before starting.
- During the training period, youll gain hands-on experience, with an emphasis on developing the skills necessary to succeed in this role.
