operational discipline and a strong results orientation with a genuine sensitivity to guest experience, product, service and the individual identity of each concept. We are not simply looking for someone to oversee operations. We need a leader with sound judgement, decisiveness and strong leadership skills; someone who understands what is really happening across the businesses, mobilises Managers and ensures that plans translate into execution and results. What will your key responsibilities be?
- Lead operations across the Group's portfolio, maintaining a close, frequent and visible presence across our venues.
- Lead, support and develop our Restaurant Managers, building strong, autonomous and results-driven teams.
- Take ownership of the operational and financial performance of the portfolio, ensuring delivery against sales, profitability and productivity targets.
