What we’re looking forStrong experience as a

Business Analyst, Product Analyst or AI Business AnalystStrong understanding of

Generative AI, LLMs and AI solution designHands-on understanding of

prompt engineering, RAG, model evaluation and fine-tuningAbility to assess

AI use cases, feasibility, cost-benefit and business valueUnderstanding of

hallucinations, bias, AI ethics, token management and model versioningExperience defining





AI success metrics and A/B testing approachesGood knowledge of

SQL, APIs and data qualityExperience working with

Jira/Azure DevOps, Confluence and GitStrong Agile experience, including

sprint planning, retrospectives, user story mapping, acceptance criteria and backlog refinementExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsAbility to understand

when AI should — and should not — be used
