Experteer Overview
In this role, you support AI-enabled process design and transformation within Accenture’s AX Design-focused initiatives.

You will gather and organize research, document workshop outputs, and prepare data inputs for roadmaps and playbooks.

The work centers on capturing how AI agents interact in business processes and maintaining a structured knowledge base.

You’ll collaborate across teams to drive consistent, human-centered process changes using AI tools and literacy.

This position offers a practical path to shape how AI reshapes operations at scale.

• Maintain reference library and IP documentation; advance AI literacy and continuous-learning modules
• Capture and document AI-agent interactions within process workflows using AX Design concepts
• Support cross-functional teams across concurrent workstreams

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
• Experience in process improvement, operations, business analysis, or related field
• Proven ability to organize and synthesize information into clear formats
• Experience with AI tools (GenAI platforms, AI-assisted research/productivity) in academic or work contexts
• Familiarity with basic business process concepts and AI fundamentals
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
