As a Sr.

Product Designer at Evinova, you will shape AI-enabled product design for our Study Designer platform, partnering with research, science, and engineering to design end-to-end user experiences for complex clinical workflows.

You’ll balance hands-on UX/UI work with strategic thinking to influence product direction and abstractions.

You will prototype rapidly, conduct user testing, and translate insights into scalable solutions that improve study design and documentation.

This role offers a chance to impact clinical research at scale within a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

• Lead end-to-end UX and UI design across discovery, prototyping, interaction design, visual design, and documentation
• Partner with research and science to plan, conduct, and synthesize iterative user testing and translate insights into design decisions

Responsabilidades
• Extensive hands-on experience in UI, interaction design, and information architecture
• Experience planning and applying user research, design strategy, rapid prototyping in agile environments
• Expertise in Figma and integrating Claude Code into the design process
• Experience building and applying design systems with engineering collaboration
• Experience delivering accessible products and applying WCAG 2.2 AA standards
• Ability to synthesize quantitative and qualitative inputs under technical, data, and regulatory constraints
• Strong collaboration and storytelling skills to influence cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently, navigate ambiguity, and own complex design problems in B2B/B2B2C environments
• Based in Barcelona with in-office collaboration and willingness to travel for research/workshops
