We develop womenswear collections for international clients, combining market insight, trend awareness, product quality and commercial relevance.THE ROLEWe are looking for a Fashion Designer with strong design skills, commercial awareness and a client-oriented mindset. You will contribute to collection design and product development while also supporting client meetings, presentations and product discussions.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES• Develop womenswear collections based on trends, brand positioning and client needs.• Prepare styles, fabrics, colour cards, samples and collection materials for client meetings.• Join client visits and product presentations, translating client feedback into clear design and sample-development direction.• Monitor market trends and competitors and provide commercially relevant product suggestions.• Coordinate with design, sourcing, pattern-making and production teams in China to follow sample progress and quality.• Participate in European market research, fabric sourcing and trade fairs,
